Where is the recently delete album?

I can’t find the recently deleted album in my Apple photo streams. Where is it? How can I access it?

The recently deleted album in the photos app is under the Utilities heading. You may have to tap the arrow to reveal the album.

I can’t find my recently album for my deleted photos on my IOS Version 16.6 I can’t find my recently deleted album, but I never deleted the album and it hasn’t been there since I got the phone.
