10% cash back offer stopped working

I got an offer for getting 10% cash back for non-apple purchases using Apple Pay and Apple card till july 25th around beginning of July. I was earning that for few days but then it stopped after a few days though it’s not 25th yet. Asked customer service in text messages but they acted as if they didn’t know about the offer. I’ve texted customer service before using this offer back then and they confirmed as it’s a valid offer. I was then told customer service will email me in 10 days which is a lot of time to look into this issue and is closer to the 25th. Also I don’t wanna keep using this card hoping they will gimme the 10% instead of 2% while I’ve other cards that gimme 3%.

I wanna know if they will fix and gimme back 10% for all the purchases I made after it stopped or at least tell me that they won’t do it. Wondering if anyone else ran into similar issue.

Thank you for sharing. I did find an offer that may be the targeted offer you received.

I’ll explain the offer and post a link to offer at bottom and it includes the fine print.

You may receive up to 10% back on up to $2000 of purchases. But the $2000 is split in ½. You may receive 10% Daily Cash on $1000 spent at Apple Card’s select Bonus Daily Cash merchants, Nike, Ace Hardware, Panera Bread, Exxon/Mobil, Uber, T-Mobile and Walgreens. You must use Apple Pay to receive the bonus Daily Cash back.

Excluded from the 10% offer are Apple products and services.

You’ll receive 10% back on $1000, at any merchant where you use Apple Pay.

That’s up to $200 on (10%) up to $2000 in spend. You must use Apple Pay.

Thanks. So, it’s for the first 1000$ I spend on any merchant that are not in the selected list. Ok, I might have reached that limit then. Thanks, I’ll stop using the Apple Card.

Do you have a copy of the offer you can share? Did you read the fine print of the offer? Most of these type offers require you to use Apple Pay? Did you use Apple Pay for the transactions in question?

If you have used your $1000 on select Daily Cash merchants some good deals are 10% back on Exxon/Mobil, Panera, Uber, T-Mobile, and Walgreens. It just really depends where you get gas, meds, eat, get rides etc. It’s hard to beat 10% cash back with a credit card. Even points and miles have a hard time beating that.
