New security update now you can see everyone’s password for their Wi-Fi. This is not good. Why is this happening?

To be clear, you can only see passwords for SSIDs which have already been provided to you by the network owner. (Previously you could “use” them although you couldn’t “see” them)
FYI, this was also a “feature” existing at least in iOS15 as well.
