Not receive message from my new Android phone.
I was following Deregister and Turn Off iMessage - Apple Support
But I can not deregister imessage online because "the phone number you provided is not registered with iMessage". I still receive message from apple watch. Iphone is broken can not show the screen any more

The messages may have been directed to your Apple ID (usually an email address).
You will have great difficulty using and controlling your Apple Watch without an iPhone. It might be helpful to consider logging in to your Apple ID and reviewing the devices which are still attached and active, and their associated contact information.
Of course, Android telephones cannot send or receive iMessages. That technology is proprietary to Apple. But you should be able to send/receive SMS/MMS messages.

Consider telling these folks to direct their messages to your Android telephone number and not your Apple ID.
Is there a way to stop using iMessages without accessing the old iphone? And make the Android phone receive message from IPhones properly? As described, my iphone is broken and not showing screen any more.

So apparently you have already stopped, and that is not the problem.
The problem is I'm still receiving messages from other iphone users only from my apple watch. Can not receive message from iphones in my Android phone with sim card
Not receive message after moving sim from broken iOS phone to my new Android phone
