IPad context menu disappears

When I am in Facebook… If I long press to open the context menu to save a picture, the menu pops up for a moment then disappears.

If I try several times, eventually the menu stays put and I can Save the Photo.

I can’t believe I can’t find anyone else complaining about this.

Do you have a solution for this?

I’m on iPad 10th Gen 2023.

IOS 16.5.1 c (up to date).

Facebook version 422.0.0.20.73 (491259405)
