MacBook Air M1 and AirPods Pro 2 uses

I have MacBook Air with M1 running on Ventura 13.4. I also have Apple AirPods Pro 2. I have read AirPods Pro can be used as hearing aid. But descriptions do not match in my MBA. Any help please?

Further I want to know whether both AirPods and speaker in MBA can work at same time so that I can hear from AirPods and others from MBA speaker?

Sort of. Apple does not make that specific claim, but there is a feature known as "Live Listen" that can help with conversations in a noisy room. For a description please read Use Live Listen with AirPods or Beats - Apple Support.

There isn't a way to separate sounds in the exact manner you describe, but you can use Transparency Mode to help with conversations: AirPods Pro and AirPods Max Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode - Apple Support.
