How do we disable autocorrect on Apple Watch? Seems like Apple isn’t working on providing a solution for this since its release.

Bandaid solution for me was to turn off auto-punctuation in the watch for now. It wont do punctuations but it will stop predictive text.

To disable Auto-correct on your Apple Watch, go to Settings> General> Keyboard> turn off Auto-Correction
To disable Auto-punctuation on your Apple Watch, go to Settings> General> Dictation> disable Auto-Punctuation

I can verify that this DOES NOT work on the latest WatchOS (as of dec 23). It makes entering passwords for wireless networks impossible, for example, because it isn't smart enough to disable autocorrect for username fields. I think this wasn't an issue in the previous WatchOS (usernames). Any other ideas for how to turn this poorly-implemented feature off?
