How can I force apple watch to sync fitness and health data with iPhone?

Hi,

Is there any way to force my apple watch to sync fitness data (like stand hours, move calories, etc.) and health data (like sleep info, heart rate measurements, etc.) with the paired iPhone?

I have 2 apple watches: a normal daytime one and an older one with a comfortable band that I wear to track sleep/heart info at night. I find that in the morning (and evening) when I switch them, lots of fitness and health data never makes it to the new watch. For example, if I've stood for 2 hours in the morning wearing the "nighttime" watch, then switch to the "daytime" watch, even 8 hours later, the daytime watch will still not show those 2 stand hours. Likewise I often cannot view my sleep analysis until the next night when I put the "night" watch back on and it apparently syncs the previous night's sleep info with my phone.

I would love a way to force a sync before I take off one watch and the again after I put the new watch on... Is there any way to do this? (Even better would be if apple programmed the watch to automatically sync when it's taken off but I guess that's too much to ask...)

Again, these things always do sync eventually, but often 12+ hrs late, and all of my tracking info is wrong in the meantime (which means it's wrong all the time, since this happens every day). I would love a way to force it to do so when I want it to, or even when I switch watches.

Any advice?

Thanks!
