Macbook pro 2015 is suitable for flutter developer?

I have a Macbook Pro 2015, Ram 16GB OS version Monterey (version 12.6.7).

I want to use it in Flutter application development heres OS version 10.14 is required thats suitable for my device.

But Xcode 15 is not available on My OS. My supported Xcode version 14.2.

Can I serve a flutter purpose with Xcode 14.2?

Hi,

I can't get what does "flutter" mean you mention, though if you mean development apps for Mojave, I think you can.
