I have recently bought a 14inch MacBook Pro M2 Pro and I have turned on battery optimisation feature. Mac OS is updated with ventura latest version. But my concern is that during the time of editing and rendering the video, I plugin with the charger but it doesn't pause the charger after 80%, it goes 100% charge. Is it okay.
I uses my MacBook on charger while I am doing editing works only, and rest of the time I use it on battery.

Nope. You need to let the Mac's charging circuity take care of the battery. Human micromanaging the battery is of far less benefit and totally unnecessary. Let the Mac take care of itself.
But I want it to stop charging on 80%, is it any way through optimisation feature?
