Hello applemeid,


  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Your Name (Apple ID)
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Fitness+ under Active
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription


If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
