I have the air pod pro 2 and a iPhone xsmax when answering calls my pods go mute . Then disconnect after that they will auto connect . But it takes about 10 seconds . Any fix to this issue ?

I would advise you to delete the Airpods from your iPhone (Forget the pairing) in Settings/Bluetooth (select the AirPods). Then pair again and test.

i did both with no luck . Another thing that’s weird is when it was doing this the incoming caller heard the podcast I was listening to .
