I'm not receiving mails

Not receiving my emails at 2001

Are you receiving your mail on other devices, such as a Mac or iPad? And can you log into AT&T's website and see if your mail is working there?


If your mail is working on the website or other devices then there may be an issue with the password on your device. If you've changed it recently you may simply need to update it in settings. Go to settings/ mail/ accounts/ your mail/ and enter the new password.


If that isn't the issue, are you getting internet on the device? Is everything else working? Such as can you pull up apple.com in safari? If not then it's your internet that is the issue.


Make sure your device is up to date on software.


If the issue persists you may need to remove the account and simply add it back to fix the issue.


If that doesn't fix the issue you may need to reach out to AT&T for assistance.

Troubleshooting Calls:


A. "No Service":

Is "No Service" shown on the top-left corner of your screen? If so, go here to fix that: If you See No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support


B. Calls: If you can't Make or Receive Calls on your iPhone - Apple Support


C. Whom to Contact:

Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Calling.
