I have tried to log into the Apple TV channel on my Roku tv with my apple user Id and password but it keeps returning with the message, “error code, try again later.”

To get started, you will want to rule out any issues with your Apple ID and password. Go to iCloud and try signing in. If you are unable to sign in, go to If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support and follow the steps for resetting your Apple ID password.
If you are able to sign in to iCloud without any issues, you will want to next reach out to Official Roku Support.
After working with Roku, if you still are unable to get signed in to the Apple TV app, please reach out to Apple Support by going to Get Support - Apple Support. They will be able to assist you further.
