How to submit rain data?

The weather app showed heavy rain in the last hour 3/8" by my rain guage and the app says 0" in last 24hrs. How do I report this data?

Inaccurate data in weather app For a while now, the data in the weather app has been grossly incorrect. It will say there is no rain in the forecast and then change when it’s actually raining. Is there something wrong with the source data for the US?
