Volume

When I first got my phone, the first thing I noticed was that iPhone’s are a lot louder than Android’s. So I put things on the lowest volume but then I never hear my phone ringing and no one believes me about not hearing anything. Is there different volumes like my old android had or does one button controls all the noises. I know alarms are separated, but what about ringing from calls?

Is there also any way to make the actual phone call loud enough but not so loud that others can hear even though it’s not on speaker phone?

When it’s on speaker phone I like it at the loudest volume but not during a regular phone call.

When you're on the phone or listening to songs, movies, or other media on iPhone, you can use the buttons on the side of your device to adjust the audio volume. Otherwise, the buttons control the volume for the ringer, alerts, and other sound effects. You can also use Siri to turn the volume up or down.
