So I changed phones and when I got my music none of my music was saved

If you are not an Apple Music subscriber you have to either download the music again from the original source eg iTunes Store or sync with a computer: Sync your iPhone, iPad or iPod using your computer – Apple Support (AU)
If you are a subscriber go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media and Purchases, sign out and sign back in.
