Funds removed from bank and didn't come to apple id

2 days ago, I made 2 purchase on apple device on Udemy app. I bought course of 499Rs on udemy, my wallet already had 437Rs, so it asked me to add 62Rs, and made the purchase. Then I bought another course of 499 just after 2 mins, it asked me to add 499Rs, I did that and just before final page, I exited the screen by mistake. The amount is deducted from my bank, now its not in Apple ID, nor did I get the course.

Its very bad that apple didn't detect that payment. I want some support on it, so that either I can get the refund or balance in Apple ID

2.

If you have received an invoice from Apple, on every invoice from the Apple Store and/or iTunes Store always states what you have purchased (and/or concerns a subscription) and the amount.

Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.

Or try to ->  Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.

Refunds are not guaranteed. For more information, see the Terms & Conditions.
