I will be very thankful if someone tell me how can I contact Apple support. I do not prefer to contact them via phone.

Thank you in advance

Hello mcmancheva!

Here are some methods of contacting Apple Support:

Oh, and it might be that Live Chat using Messages will not work on a non-Apple device. But try it out though, and please let us know if it works or not.

I hope this is helpful. Good Luck!

Apple Wallet is a place (app) where you can collect compatible eTickets, etc., …

… as well as compatible bank cards and credit cards, that support Apple Pay — e.g. pay in retail shops (that support contactless RF payment systems) with your iPhone (or Apple Watch) alone. Authorize with Face ID or Touch ID.

Is that the only reason you won't call over the phone?

If you're not in the US, Apple does have support numbers for different countries and regions that will be more likely to speak your language. Again, I'd only call if you're located within that country or region - Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support.

If you're in the US and you feel your English is bad, someone will answer the request you submitted, however, it may take some time.

Unfortunately, we do not have apple device.

I just created an account here, on Apple, but I am unable to find live chat option.

The case is - someone else ordered some apple products, providing my kid's phone number, then he asked her for the confirmation code, received via text message, and then, the bill comes to my kid's phone bill. She is 10 years old.

I am unable to open case here, that's why I wanted to contact someone via email or live chat.

If you do not have Apple devices may I ask why you need to reach out to Apple Support?

As I said above, we're not official Apple Support but we can help with some inquires about Apple devices, services, etc.

This is a community forum. There are some Apple Support staff/employees here, but they generally only handle questions that have gone unanswered (no responses) for over 24 hours. Most of the time you'll be talking to dedicated Apple users that are here to help you and others with their Apple devices and services.

Sorry, just saw your question. I edited my second post -

My kid's phone is not IPhone.
