It did have its original battery with only 75% capacity.. I thought this was the problem as it was also getting very hot..
So I had a new battery installed (unfortunately 3rd party as we are nowhere near an apple shop) and it’s still the same..
Yes that’s correct.. I had no choice..
shipping wasn’t an option.. I needed the phone to work..
The original battery needed to be changed and was over heating..
The connection to the internet came back briefly today when I suggested buying a new phone??
Unfortunately it doesn’t matter what sim it is.. I’ve tried 3 different companies all with plenty of data and none work..
