Quicken Home & Business Software

I am looking for a personal finance software to use to manage my personal finances. The quicken home & business has everything that I need. It will allow you to manage your personal finances, business & rental properties. The only thing is, this version does not work for mac users only windows. Do you all know of another program similar to Quicken Home & Business that has these features that works for mac users?
