All email received goes onto junk mail.

No one seems to have an answer including Apple. All mail received goes into junk. What a pain going through all junk to find messages. Any solution

Have been on Apple support for hours no resolution.

Try opening one of the messages and choose View->Message->Raw Source.

If it has a header that says something… ending in Junk (or Spam) it means it was marked that way by the server… if that is the case (and I think it is), then the problem lies upstream. Maybe there is something to be done by logging icloud.com using your browser and checking the settings there. Sorry, I am away from my mac so I can’t go through the details now.

Agreed. Visit http://www.icloud.com/ and select Mail.

There click on the gear wheel pointed to in red below:

Then under the preferences look at the general preferences under the forward mail. There the folders should be as assigned, and not junk. If they are junk that's why things are moving to junk. Also check the Rules to see if anything is moving to junk.

If your email is not iCloud based, go to the host of your email and see what their preferences are under their webmail page.

Note, it would really help if you posted images of your problem.

Use this guide to post images:

And use the editor in Preview to edit out any email addresses or contact details, as those are not important. You can block them with white squares etc.

Overcoming the email spam mail issue required perseverance and resourcefulness. After hours of deliberation, I finally decided to resolve matters on my own. Armed with determination, I conducted online forums, sought advice from tech-savvy friends, and experimented with various settings on my email platform. Eventually, I came across a simple but effective redirection method that worked wonderfully! By adjusting and removing the junk folder from my email preferences, I wished it goodbye. The satisfaction gained from overcoming this challenge allowed me to learn about the power behind problem-solving and the joy of regaining control. Recall that often the best solution originates from within!
