Apple Watch SE

I have an apple watch SE. My watch no longer displays notifications such as Exercise Ring complete in my Activities App. Can someone help?

On your iPhone tap:

Watch > My Watch > Notifications > Activity

and make sure Goal Completion's is enabled.
