I tried all the solutions offered on websites and the forums to no avail. The only solution that worked for me with "The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in “” can’t be read or written.
(Error code -36)"
Resetting PRAM after a shutdown fixed the problem.

You can't be running Ventura on a 2012 Mac Mini. The latest system it can run is 10.15.7, Catalina.

Don’t currently need help because resetting PRAM solved it immediately. Thanks
OCLP is Open Core Legacy Patcher. It allows older out of date hardware to run up to date OS. I have Ventura 13.4.1 on my 2012 Mac mini and Monterey on a 2009 iMac. Check it out. Google is helpful.
