Resetting PRAM after a shutdown fixed the problem.

You can't be running Ventura on a 2012 Mac Mini. The latest system it can run is 10.15.7, Catalina.
Also what does OCLP stand for?

OCLP is Open Core Legacy Patcher. It allows older out of date hardware to run up to date OS. I have Ventura 13.4.1 on my 2012 Mac mini and Monterey on a 2009 iMac. Check it out. Google is helpful.
