I copied and pasted a 1080 p project into a 4K timeline but when I export and play the 4K file most of the footage is not filling the entire frame. Is there a fix for this? Thanks in advance.
Cinema 4K aspect ratio is 17x9.
An HD 1080p project is 16X9.
You can either scale the source up slightly to fill the slightly wider frame of Cinema 4K, or deliver in UHD 4K which is 16x9 @ 3840x2160.

Ok, when you say, "scale up the source slightly", do you mean using the transform function to just stretch out the picture or is there another way to do this? I really want to keep it in Cinema 4K if possible.
As you can see in the player, there are black borders on both sides. The original 1080p project did not have black borders and the image filled the whole screen.
What is the frame resolution of the 4K project?

There are black borders around the image and it doesn't fill the screen like the 1080p project did.
select the clips and use Spatial Confirm to set to Fill rather than Fit.
