How do change separate health data on 2 iWatches with someone who shares the same Apple account with you?

I bought my wife a 41mm iWatch 8 for her birthday on

Amazon, and I also own a 45mm iWatch 8. Because I bought her watch, it defaults to

me as the owner. We also share an account with T-Mobile in my name which allows

us to share photos, music etc. on our phones, but we want our watch's health

date to be separate. Right now, my health data and trends are showing up in

Apple Health on her phone. Can someone tell me how we prevent my health data

from showing up on her Apple Health app, while still sharing our photos, etc?

As long as you and your wife share an Apple ID you will continue to have these kinds of problems. There are no work-arounds. Apple IDs are not meant to shared. Everyone should have their own unique Apple ID. If there is information you want to share, use Family Sharing instead:

I suggest you completely reset her watch using the steps in the 'Before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch' section of:

What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch, or buy one from someone else - Apple Support

and she should get her own Apple ID:

Then pair the watch to her own iPhone:
