You were offered notifications, accepted that offer, and are now getting those notifications.

If you don’t want the website notifications, turn those off.

Safari Notifications are not a virus. They're not even malware.

Assuming etresoft is correct, open Safari > Preferences > Websites > Notifications and empty the list.

From what I've seen of this, it isn't a virus. It's just a website that asks permissions to post notifications on your computer and you granted that permission.
