Turning Off Do Not Disturb:

Go Here: Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

What to do...

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Focus
3. Tap: Do Not Disturb (so that it is greyed-out)

You can also turn it off in the Control Center.

Swipe down from the right corner to open control center. Tap on the half moon icon in the Focus button. Don’t tap on Focus, tap on the moon icon.
