Resetting an Apple Watch:

You would do so on the Apple Watch itself:

1. Go Here: Unpair and Erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support
2. Scroll to: "How to erase your Apple Watch if you don't have your iPhone"

Steps to do so:

1. Tap: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Reset
4. Tap: Erase All Content and Settings.
