My Apple ID is locked security reasons this morning at 10 on your iPhone 8

Hey! i was using your iPhone 8 and I recently locked out of my Apple ID now. I received a message saying your Apple ID has been locked for security reasons since this morning at 10

i have tried to reset the Apple ID password but I did work on resetting the password

is there any way to unlock my Apple ID?
