Buying a refurbished apple product if i live in mexico

Hey, I want to buy a MacBook Pro from the Apple Refurbished Store (US), but I live in Mexico and the program is not available here yet.

Can I make the online purchase from Mexico with a Mexican card and travel to the US to pick it up at the store?

If yes, can I also validate the one-year warranty in Mexico?
