How i remove faulty ipod classic from from my account
I don't believe there is any need to do so.
On an iPod that has Apple Music (such as the iPod Touch), there are periodic checks to ensure that the music on the iPod is authorised, but since the Classic cannot use those services there is never any need for the iPod to be checked.
In the unlikely event that you run into the maximum number of devices that music purchased from the iTunes Store can be saved on, simply use iTunes' top bar menu View/View My Account (you will need to sign into the account) and on the page that opens (Account Information), go down the page to Downloads and Purchases and click the blue linked text Manage Devices. If the Classic appears there, you can remove it, but I'm not sure that it will. If it doesn't, then it means that it does not need to be removed.
