Why does apple pay is not working here in Philippines?
Because it's not supported by the Banks / Card issuers and / or merchants in the Philippines.

Nothing. Until it's supported in your country by the banks and merchants, there is nothing you can do, short of moving to a different country that actually supports it.
What should I do to use it, do you have any idea? Thank you!
