I’ve deleted an App on my IPAD but when I reinstall it, it’s still active so cannot set it up from scratch why
ive Followed the instuctions, to delete an App, but when reinsted it’s like it

It sounds like you offloaded the app instead of deleting it.

How to delete an app
1. Touch and hold the app.
2. Tap Remove App.
3. Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.
