How to uninstall iOS or iPadOS beta software
When I tried to follow this, I found that I do not have a iOS 17 Profile in VPN and device management. How can I remove it if it’s not there?
I also found that I do not have an iOS 17 Profile in VPN and Device Management but my iTunes on my Mac can no longer see my phone either. There is no indication in iTunes that my phone is connected. However, the Mac recognizes the phone because communication between the phone and IPhotos is just fine. Also, when the phone is connected to the Mac's USB port iTunes turns on automatically as it should. It just can't see the phone. Currently have an iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 17.0.3. The iMac is running El Capitan (10.11.6) and can not be updated further.

Cannot connect anything to bluetooth
What things are you trying to connect to your phone by Bluetooth? Have you put those devices into pairing mode according to the manufacturers instructions?
After iOS 17 upgrade on my 12Pro iTunes on my iMac could no longer see my phone. An Apple Sr Advisor said he would report the problem and told me to wait for a further upgrade. This was after he spent more than six hours with me trying to fix it.

What version of macOS are you running that you're still using iTunes? It must be pretty old. The age of your computer and the version of macOS may be the problem.
iOS 17 has really messed up my iphone pro 13 phone, to where I can't get on apps or websites, I regret the download. Is there nothing I can do about this ? I have been with apple since the first generation iphone , and this is really annoying.

Updating to iOS 17 should not have prevented you from using apps or going to websites. What you can do about it is figure out what the problem is.
I suggest that you start your own thread with a subject line that describes the specific problem you're having (e.g., "Can't access websites or apps on iPhone 13 Pro"). Then, in the post, explain exactly what you're doing, what happens when you try, any error messages you're getting, and what troubleshooting steps you've taken so far. I'm confident that people will be able to help you figure things out.
Replying to IdrisSeabright: Thank you for your thoughts. My iMac and my iPhone worked just fine when the phone was at iOS 16. As you know, Apple encourages that all iPhone users update their phones to the most current iOS. I feel that one should not be required to buy a new computer that is not otherwise needed in order to continue to use your phone. My iMac has been upgraded to the most current level of OS X that it can accept.

Update re: previous problem. Installed iOS 17.2.1 which was said to be a "bug fix" update. It didn't help. Plan to take steps to remove iOS 17 from my iPhone.
1) This is a user-to-user support forum. No one participating here can do anything with your phone. 2) Downgrading has never been supported.
Ever since installing the ios17.2.1 update, my phone will not connect to Bluetooth or wifi. Have restarted multiple times. When I go to uninstall the update, I don't even have the option to uninstall. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Anyone have a resolution for this problem?
I have the same phone (13 pro) with issues about accessing apps and websites after updating to the iOS 17.2.1 version. I have tried to delete the update explained in some previous reply’s about vpn or general settings…etc but it did not work. What to do?

Replying to IdrisSeabright. My aging iMac is definitely part of the problem but it all worked fine when my phone was at iOS 16. I should not be required to buy a new computer to make my phone work.
I haven't connected an iPhone to a Mac in years. Yes, if you have an aging Mac, you may not be able to do that anymore but, it's generally not necessary.
