Can I get a new cable if my old cable is not working under a year

Apple products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer's defect. If the cable is the one that can with your iPhone, it has the same warranty. Note that the warranty does not cover damage. So, if the folks at Apple determine the cable is defective, yes,they will replace it.

If the cable came with your iPhone, in the box, then it shares the same warranty as the device. If your device is still under warranty then yes, as long as it's not physically damaged.


If you purchased the cable from Apple, then it has a stand alone 1 year limited warranty. If the cable stops working but has no damage then yes it would be covered.
