3.5mm plug in speakers are not headphones iOS

I have non-Bluetooth HK soeakers with a 3.5mm jack. I have an adapter dongle for my iOS device.

The problem is, iOS assumes this connection is a headphone which basically imposes sound limitations on the soeaker to the point you basically very low sound.

How do I tell iOS to forget the soeakers as a headphone connection? Ive tried unplugging, resetting, updating iOS nothing works. Suggestions please

this for both an ipad and iphone

Some adapter that is not authentic of Apple, need to add to the Bluetooth and let it recognize it. Can you see anything settings > Bluetooth when you connect the adapter?
