I have a screenshot of a lovely and kind review that a listener left on apple iTunes for my podcast. It is NOT coming up on my end either on my phone or on my desktop. How is this even possible if she has the screenshot of the review on her end?
If she is in a different country from you you won't see her posts in Apple Podcasts - reviews don't cross borders - but you can see them in Podcasts Connect. See my resonse to a similar question here.
