Turn iPhone into a business phone docking station

Hi

I am looking for a docking station/system that creates a business phone out of an iphone. Ideally it would be more than a speaker phone and have features similar to a VOIP desk phone when the iphone is docked, i.e., bluetooth handset, last number dialed, dialpad, etc.
