My account is restricted how I can unlock my account?

I need to unlocked my Apple account .

I'm assuming you mean your Apple ID account. To unlock your Apple ID you'll need to change the password in a trusted device you are already logged into with the same Apple ID. Please see this article: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
