I keep getting a message from adobe to update flash player. I thought that Apple does not use flash player anymore. Has anything changed? thanks so much

Either the website you're accessing hasn't been updated in a long time, or those messages are scams. In either case, you don't need it.

Flash is long dead on all platforms. Any message suggesting an update will be a scam. Do not download anything based on such bogus messages.
