My iCloud account from my other phone does not sync to my new iPhone

I went and changed my iCloud to my Gmail and now my iCloud account from my other phone does not sync to this new iPhone at all. What to do even when I called apple get my iCloud email no one seems to be able to help me because I forgot the actual iCloud email on my smashed iPhone
