Do Not Disturb

Is there a reason why there is not a simple OFF button. I don't need a do not disturb button and my kids have freaked out by not being able to contact me and driving to my house to see if I am ok. I am a senior and they are protective.

Thanks. I did call a helpline. The agent directed me to go to the control panel and select focus. The key is to click on the focus icon itself, not the whole rectangle. that was my problem. When I did that, it changed from blue to grey and was turned off. I do thank you for contacting me. I still think there should be an Off/On toggle switch when you go into settings and select Focus and Do Not Disturb.
