iPhone message

Hi… this message keeps appearing on my phone (I have removed the bit re my mobile number)…I have also removed and reinserted the SIM card as it tells me to and turned the phone on and off but message still appears! Any help/advice?!

Did you recently change carriers or your number on your iPhone? If so, you may need to reach out to your current carrier to confirm everything is working properly on their end.


If so, we'd next recommend trying the steps in the following article to see if you're able to sign into or use FaceTime and Messages:
