i received a new Apple Watch but I just can’t figure out how to unpair the old watch and then pair the new one I’ve tried and even followed googles instructions still isn’t working I’m not tech savvy at all please help

To unpair your old watch follow these steps:
Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support
Then setup the new swatch using these steps:
