I have blocked a specific number. However I still get calls… but they are from a different number, with different area codes each time. Can you please assist me with what I can do? I really don’t want to get a new number. I have had this number for several years. I’m so confused. This is clearly harassment. But how can I prove it’s truly the same person.

Perhaps on the 'retail side' of an incoming call, you may not
be able to block each one; I know I can't. Even with landline.
Some of those might still be scam or phishing types of calls.
