Which mophie port to use

I have an older mophie charger that I have decided to take traveling because of my batteries running down on a long flight with a layover. It have a 1.0 A port, 2.1 A port and a 2.1 A port with a picture of a battery with a symbol of a lightning bolt next to it. Which one do I use to charge my iPhone 14 and what are the other ones for?
