i have a mini ipad model number MF432C/A, can i watch apple tv on it?

iPad mini, iOS 9

Unfortunately, the iPad mini (1st generation) from 2012 is not able to run iOS 10.2 or later, and is (therefore) not compatible with the current Apple TV app. You would need a newer model to watch Apple TV+ on it.
