Do Apple TV programs cast to a Chromecast attached to a TV?

Does Apple TV cast to Chromecast? I have not been able to do so thus far as the Chromecast icon does not appear on my iPad/iPhone screen while I watch an Apple TV program.

Also, does Apple TV cast to a Roku stick?

iPad Air, iPadOS 16

No. You can't use Chromecast to stream Apple TV.

Probably you are using third-party apps and/or a third-party device.
