My Mac can’t open any Wi-Fi please help

Why I can’t turn on Wi-Fi settings on my Mac and I did restart and went to the options button and still it’s not allowing me to switch to a Wi-Fi option. I have an explanation point on top of the Wi-Fi logo. And in the stettings I can not move the option the allow Wi-Fi.

Hi,

Restart the Mac: It's also a good idea to turn your Mac off and on again. Restart Wi-Fi: If there's still an issue after you've rebooted your Mac, try turning the Wi-Fi off and then waiting a few seconds before turning it back on again to force it to scan for available networks again.
